At the Conference Awards dinner on the evening of the 9th November, Talis gave awards in recognition of the success of our customers and our staff, nominated by customers. 

Public Service Outcome award
For the best implementation of Talis products and services that have produced a significant outcome in public libraries.

Improving Student Access to information award
For the best implementation of Talis products and services that gave improved access for students to print and/or electronic information.
Winner - University of Derby.

Most Innovative use of a Talis Product
For using a Talis product to do things that we least expected it to be used for.
Winner - Camden Libraries and Information Services.

Best Customisation of a Talis Product
For the most forward thinking design for a Talis product interface.
Winner - Queens University Belfast.

Customer Partner Programme award
For the Talis customer who has contributed to product beta tests and/or focus groups.
Winner - Manchester Metropolitan University.

Most Contributions to the Talis Forum
For the Talis customer who has contributed with the most helpful feedback on the Talis forum. Talis will be using statistics gathered from the Forum
Winner - John Usher from Islington Libraries.

Talis Staff "Service with distinction" award
Nominated by customers to celebrate a Talis member of staff who went that extra mile to help out, solve a problem with dedication, flair and imagination.
